Exit 20 off I-540 is scheduled for a big change.
According to multiple permits filed with the City of Raleigh over the past several months, the property located at 5101 Forestville Road will become the shopping center known as Yardley Buffaloe Village.
The businesses currently planned for the site are:

Heartland Dental
Dunkin' Donuts
Valvoline
Chipotle
King Express Car Wash
The 37 acre property will have approximately 23 acres dedicated to the commercial development with the remaining 14 acres becoming 222 residential units. Site plans can be accessed here.
