Eagle Rock Church to be converted into townhomes

Asheville's Eagle Rock Church, located at 10 Roberts Street in the River Arts District, is slated to be converted into residential housing. According to documents filed with the City of Asheville, Eagle Rock Condominiums, LLC (a sub-entity of Lobo Builders, the developer of the property) will be converting the church into a series of six small townhomes.

Under the existing floor plans, five of the six units will offer will offer one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor, along with the general living space. The sixth unit will simply offer a living space on the first floor with a single bedroom and bathroom above.
