Affordable housing complex coming to Asheville’s Tunnel Road
Following the proposed development of Redwood Commons off Sweeten Creek and Governors View Road, a second affordable housing complex has been proposed for East Asheville.
The Star Point Apartments will be a four-story, 60-unit apartment complex located at 16 Restaurant Court. Located directly behind the Mountaineer Inn and in the immediate proximity of both the ABC and Longhorn Steakhouse, Star Point is a project by Mountain Housing Opportunities.
As of the time of writing, the project is beginning with the initial stages of construction.
